Four Seasons Therapies

A Relational Approach to Healing

Four individuals embrace in a group hug, facing the camera. They are adorned with a variety of glasses, tattoos, piercings.

Welcome

At Four Seasons Therapies, we believe in the transformative power of relational connections and the importance of community, diversity, and respect.

Four Seasons Therapies warmly welcomes neurodivergent individuals, as well as those who identify as queer, polyamorous, or kinky. Our focus on somatic awareness and finding safety within the relational container sets the stage for a therapeutic journey that is affirming, respectful, and attuned to the diverse needs of our clients.

At Four Seasons Therapies, we acknowledge the structural power imbalances inherent in our society, and are aware that these themes can arise in therapeutic relationships too. We are committed to actively addressing and exploring these dynamics, always striving for anti-oppressive practices. We warmly welcome and encourage feedback and an open dialogue committed to social justice.

About

My name is Brogey (they/she)

I’m a dedicated psychotherapist and holistic coach on a mission to support folks to live authentically and creatively. With over a decade of experience in holistic education, disability, and neuroaffirming care, along with a postgraduate degree in gestalt psychotherapy, I bring a unique blend of expertise to our sessions.

A passionate queer and neurodivergent change maker, I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for transformative self-discovery. Grounded in gestalt principles and influenced by shamanic practices, yoga, and existential philosophy, my approach goes beyond mainstream psychology approaches, while remaining evidence based.

Specialising in a holistic and individualised therapeutic experience, I also offer natal chart explorations for those interested in narrative insights into your unique life story and patterns.

Let's embark on this transformative journey together!
