Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy: 1. 48 Hours Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients in need. 2. 24-48 Hours Notice: For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of the impact last-minute changes can have on our ability to support our clients. 3. Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
